A stone winery and its vineyard approach
An imagined estate in Kakheti, Georgia

A valley.
A way of seeing.

Kakheti lies in eastern Georgia. The Alazani Valley forms the regional setting for this imagined estate: vines, warm stone and a distant mountain horizon.

A low stone volume, a recessed timber entrance and a cellar built around its vessels. The architecture follows the journey of the wine.

Time,
held in clay.

A marani is a wine cellar. In the traditional qvevri method, wine is made in clay vessels buried in the ground. The room and its vessels become inseparable.

The concept collection explores qvevri red and amber wines alongside a white expression made in stainless steel.

in its details.

Limestone. Dark timber. Clay. Glass. The same materials return from the vineyard approach to the wine itself.
